History 101 of Dove Chocolate
I wanted to do a little bit of talking about the company Dove Chocolate. Who by the way has the best melt in your mouth chocolate out there (my opinion)
Dove was actually invented in my favorite city in the whole world Chicago. A man by the name of Leo Stefanos first created the Dove ice cream bar in the 50's. Later in the 80's it was bought by the current owners Mars Inc. Who in turn expanded the line into candy in the 1990's.
Later Mars Inc created Dove Chocolate Discoveries as a way to home market their baking goods. Currently there are people in all states selling Dove Chocolate and offering yummy tasting parties.

A little bit about me!
First off as most of you know I love Chocolate! I think that is why I decided to give Dove Chocolate Discoveries a try.... What better than to sell something you can't live without :-)
I live in Rochelle Illinois with my husband of 7 years and our 2 boys that are 2 1/2 and 8 months. I worked a lot of odd end jobs before my husband and I decide it would be better for me to stay home with our boys. I started DCD two weeks ago with the intentions of making a little bit of play money. Since then I realized that the chocolate we sell is better than any store bought chocolate.
We have all kinds of items. From Chai Teas to brownie mixes to hot cocoa and melting chocolate for candy making. You name it we got it. Check out our website and email me for my special discounts! wwww.dovechocolatediscoveries.com
Interested in DCD as a job email me for awesome benefits and details

Chocolate Turtle Martini

Ingredients:
1 oz Dove Chocolate Martini Mix
Dove Chocolate Coco powder
Caramel sauce, in a squeeze bottle with a very small tip
2 ounces vanilla vodka (recommended: Stoli Vanilla)
2 ounces white crème de cacao
2 ounces Praline New Orleans Style Pecan Liqueur
Crushed ice
Roasted pecan halves, for garnish
Roughly chopped chocolate squares, for garnish
Directions:
Take a large martini glass and very carefully coat the rim in caramel sauce from the squeeze bottle, being careful not to let it drip too far down the sides. Then, dip the entire rim of the glass into the sweetened cocoa powder, being sure to coat all of the caramel. The desired effect is a chocolate dusted caramel rim. For the drink, shake the vodka, crème de cacao and praline liqueur in a martini shaker with ice to chill. Fill the martini glass nearly full with crushed or shaved ice, being careful not to touch the rim. Strain the drink into the martini glass.
Garnish atop the floating ices with a roasted pecan half and a small piece of chopped chocolate.
Send me a comment for info on the Chocolate Martini Mix.... Free Shipping!
